RETURN POLICY:

All Items are non-refundable after being shipped. If there is an issue with the product after it has been shipped. Contact us for further assistance.

Orders can still be cancelled or altered if shipment has not commenced. Usually, you have up to the next day to cancel or alter the shipment.

Packages are usually processed and shipped next-day after order is placed. We use Canada Post expedited shipping, your shipment is insured and guaranteed with tracking available. If there is any delay on shipment, we will notify you within 48hours of the order being placed. If there are no updates on your package, please contact us for further assistance.

OPEN BOX Video Games:

All of our OPEN BOX video games are CERTIFIED & TESTED to work before being shipped. If you are purchasing a video game be sure the software is compatible with your system (i.e. Windows PC). Contact us if you need assistance on how to figure out if your device will meet minimum requirements to run the game.

ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS: 

Acceptable methods of payment include - VISA, MASTERCARD, INTERAC Debit, Cash, Apple Pay, Google Pay. Transactions over $100, tap may not be accepted. Purchase receipts provided upon proof of payment.
